This is just meant as a quick overview and these poses are not meant to be followed in order. Please create your own flow that feels comfortable to you. My main suggestion is that you do keep the corpse pose at the end. it makes a perfect time to do a little meditation. Throw a little blanket over yourself so you don't get cold and just settle in for 10 minutes while you do chakra balancing meditation. Again, I'll share my favorite with you.
